What to Expect:

In Barbell Club, you’ll dive into essential barbell exercises that form the foundation of strength training. Get ready to perform:

  • Back Squats
  • Front Squats
  • Overhead Squats
  • Various Presses

These movements are carefully integrated into your workouts to ensure you build strength and improve flexibility safely and effectively.

 

Tailored for All Levels:

Start light and progress at your own pace. With barbells starting at just 5kg, we ensure that every trainee, regardless of experience, can participate and progress confidently.

Duration : 1 hour

Equipment : Barbells, Dumbbells, Kettlebells & Wall Balls

Prerequisite : At least one month of Small Group pt
