Mobility

A mobility class can radically increase athletic performance and agility in all trainees. An hour of stretching with multicolored balls is enough on its own to increase flexibility and range of motion for each athlete regardless of experience or level. It is recommended for rehab and post-injury, as it helps athletes that show small to no improvement in their performance.
