LEVEL 1

The Level 1 Class introduces you to the magical world of CrossFit. It serves as the foundation for all the workout routines in our gym. The trainees in this level, regardless of their previous experience and level, are guided by an experienced coach who assesses their first training sessions and creates a personalized program based on their skills and needs.

Level 1 focuses on the proper execution of exercises with no external loads, granting the trainee the opportunity to gradually improve their physical condition and abilities. That is how a proper foundation for progressing through the exercises is formed and the athlete’s gradual improvement is ensured minimizing any injury risk.

LEVEL 2

Level 2 is where things get interesting and there is a slight uptick in difficulty. The athletes will have to perform exercises with external loads. The type of the exercises performed varies greatly making this level highly entertaining and unpredictable. The inclusion of light and medium weights requires a personalized program depending on your body type and endurance. The athlete can also perform more dynamic exercises in these classes and there are virtually no limits with the variations introduced by your coach. So arm yourselves with lots of patience and persistence for new challenges.

LEVEL 3

At level 3 the trainees have already learned to manage and perform exercises with their own body weight and the time has come for them to finally grab a barbell and reap the benefits of training with it!

This is the level where barbell exercises such as back squats, front squats, overhead squats and all kinds of presses are integrated in the athlete’s workouts. These all go for an increase in strength and an improvement in their flexibility in the most functional and safe manner!

At level 3 the barbell’s weight starts from 5kg and gradually increases, making the exercises feasible for all trainees.

LEVEL 4

When the athletes can successfully perform barbell exercises, they move on to Level 4 where they are introduced to Olympic Weightlifting. An increase in speed, explosiveness, strength, a better balance and of course fun are only a few of the things Olympic weightlifting promises to deliver!

Along with clean, jerk and snatch and a variety of gymnastics exercises, the trainee learns all the required skills and is now ready to join Fitness class!
