Get that peach stronger through our carefully programmed combination of hipthrusts, deadlifts, squats (and much much more).

 

Focus on gaining mass overall, building “the shelf” with detail and improving the bottom area of the glutes while leaning out and defining your midsection.

 

PS. You might need some extra padding on your seat after the class.
