Olympic weightlifting is a class that is aimed primarily at athletes who have already acquired the necessary knowledge when it comes to CrossFit exercises that make use of a barbell, to join the Level 5 class.

Under the guidance and supervision of a specialized coach, your technique and strength will improve at weightlifting.

Except for the athletes who have already advanced to the Fitness level (Level 5), athletes who have been in Level 4 for a long time and have sufficient knowledge of Olympic weightlifting can also participate in those classes. Olympic weightlifting classes are strictly first-come, first-served since classes consist of only a few athletes at a time.
