Level 4

When the athletes can successfully perform barbell exercises, they move on to Level 4 where they are introduced to Olympic Weightlifting. An increase in speed, explosiveness, strength, a better balance and of course fun are only a few of the things Olympic weightlifting promises to deliver!

Along with clean, jerk and snatch and a variety of gymnastics exercises, the trainee learns all the required skills and is now ready to join a Level 5 -Fitness class!

Capacity : Small group

Duration : 1 hour

Equipment : Barbells, Dumbbells, Kettlebells & Wall Balls

Prerequisite : The athlete must have completed Level 3

Ideal for : Athletes who are accustomed to using barbells
